THE ORIGIN OF LINGUA ON EARTH

We read in the Bible in the book of Genesis about how God remodeled the world by words;

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. KJV
Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: KJV

Come to think of it, has it ever come to your mind how Adam and Eve for instance learned the alphabet and could communicate in speech of language with God and within themselves? Just have a break and think of what language God and Adam used when talking  - it certainly couldn't be in your language or the language of your Bible.


THINGS TO KNOW

  • God is a spirit being and spirits have thoughts. The thoughts of God became words for remodeling in Genesis 1:3 and Genesis 1:14.
John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. KJV
  • Thoughts can be communicated by telepathy among spirits.
    Adam and Eve did communicate with God by thoughts in telepathy in the garden of Eden:
Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. KJV
  • in the garden of Eden, Eve [a spirit being] communicated with the devil [a spirit being] in the snake by telepathy.
Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. KJV

THOUGHTS, VOICES, SOUND AND WORDS

Thoughts originate from what we think in the mind of the soul.

  • A voice = Sound uttered by the mouth, especially by human beings >>> breath sound or voice. Sound is in multiplicities of wavelengths.
  • Spirit beings too utter sounds or voices.
  • Sounds produce words = sound with an agreed meaning  >>>> become utterance.
  • Thoughts become voices or words in the realm of spirits. This is how God spoke in Genesis 1:3 and 1:14
  • The ability to speak in tongues is a gift that allows for words with meaning in the realm of spirits. It is in this wise that tongues is useful in imparting the mind of the spirit of God which cannot be fully accommodated in any given spoken language of the natural. Tongues in otherwotds allows for diversities of ways of expression of the mind of God. Human language being limited in this wise.
1 Corinthians 14:10  There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification. KJV
  • A voice identifies a person, while words represent a person. That is why a child can easily tell if the father who has arrived from work is at the door by his voice. Meanwhile, words from a person can give either credit to that person or can inculpate a person.
John 10:27
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: KJV

ORIGIN OF LANGUAGES

After the fall in Adam, man could still communicate with the Lord God and the rest of creation by telepathy of thoughts and voices. The mouth produced voices that had a meaning to both living and non living components of creation because ALL that the Lord God created had eternity in them [had God in them].

As time passed by, man began to loss his ability to communicate with his Lord and God by telepathy of thoughts and there became a necessity for voices in be given meaning resulting to words.

In time as humans started grouping into communities, and with the advent of the sin and death factor of the fall, where man became more and more elienated from his God and creator, he thought of closing the gap from God by building a tower towards heaven to meet God called the tower of Babel.

Genesis 11:1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.
4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
8 So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.
9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. KJV

COMMUNICATION IN CHILDHOOD

When an infant is born, it has the rudimentary ability to communicate with it's mother by telepathy and voices and as it continues developing, it gradually losses that ability because of pressure from the mother and grownups around requiring it to learn the prevalent language of speech of it's immediate society.

The intention of man after being made a new creature in Jesus Christ [at born again] is to access that realm of telepathy that was lost once again so as to adequately communicate with the Lord God.

This is possible because as a son of God, a Christian is of the same Spirit as Christ and has the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. KJV.
1 Corinthians 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. KJV.
2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. KJV.

These verses show that as spirit beings, the best way to communicate with the Lord is by the mind through telepathy. Meanwhile speaking in tongues is a means to adequately express the mind of the spirit in words that no language can.
