THE FIRST EARTH AND THE SECOND EARTH

There is much to the creation of the "world" and it's universe as a whole. This article is more of a revelation into a past that is very difficult to explain with human knowledge and perception. It could have taken non else than the spiritually qualified Moses, who being a well educated and adopted prince in the courts of the Pharoah of Egypt, to have been inspired to discern the happenings of the beginning of time in God on earth.

The knowledge of the origin of the world and it's universe has eluded the human mind and physicists come up with theories regarding the origin of the world and the universe like the big bang theory.

Additionally scientific instrumentation that led to the ideas floated by Charles Darwin regarding the evolution of life forms on earth and that evolution is at the center of life on earth has for hundreds and thousands of years influenced decisions and knowledge of sorts in science and on going.

Over time, people (including imminent scientists) have not only doubted but questioned the origin of earth and the origin of life forms on earth, despite the scientific theories advanced so far.

A balanced mind, aided by divine inspiration reveals in most instances the corroboration between scientific and the divine as happenings or things on earth. Science in this wise seems to be an inferior or lower knowledge in most spheres. The divine knowledge from God then seems to begin where the greatest advancement of science ends.

WHERE EVOLUTION OF SPECIES FIT IN THE BIBLE

Now that the ground work haven been laid so far, we will see specifically how evolution of living organisms on earth (organic evolution) which in time past was greatly repudiated as not biblical can be explained. This is when we study the biblical truths; precept unto precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little and with a listening ear to the divine.

The inspiration of the creation of heaven and earth by Moses in the first two verses of the first chapter of Genesis (book of the Genesis = beginnings) has a missing link between the first and second verses.
Verse one talks about the creation of heaven and earth as separate events showing heaven was created before earth. Now what happened to the created earth before it became void as stated in verse two has not been revealed. It becomes clear that something happened to the first earth created in Genesis chapter one verse one.

To fill this blank we need to source for the missing link from other biblical accounts. From such findings, it's clear that the blank can be filled from the following verses from Jeremiah.

23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.
27 For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end

Biochemists, Paleontologists and archeologists who are the academic proponents of evolution of life forms on earth, have not conclusively satisfied science in their various theories and evidences. However with divine inspiration, their claims so far can be explained with the revelations from the prophet Jeremiah above.

• verse 23, explains why the earth was in darkness.

• verse 25, reveals that man that was formally present was no more and that birds seem to have fled to somewhere.

• verse 26, talks of fruitful places meaning vibrant towns and buoyant agricultural farmlands.

• verse 26, goes further to reveal the cause of the shut down of the first earth - being the fierce anger of the Lord God.

What could have caused the fierce anger of the Lord God?
This is where the man of sin - lucifer, Satan the devil comes in. The Bible records that he was ousted down to the first earth.

17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee....
18 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. Satan the devil coming down from heaven with sin, he did certainly corrupt the first living things that were in the phase of evolution.

INSIGHTS INTO EVOLUTION

It becomes obvious that life started with elements of the earth at the time into coercevates as revealed by the biochemical theory of evolution and then into cells and from cells to multicellular organisms and their divisions and change in time by the darwinian theory of evolution by fitness or survival of the fittest. The complexities and events of chances in these theories lives us with nothing but the hand of the divine to such happenings.

The first earth then was created with all it needed for life and for godliness. This was such that the Lord God will Himself oversee the complex events of His power and for His glory on earth.

Now, that man evolved from inferior mammals like apes could be an acceptable theory from archeologists (though they had inconclusive evidences with a whole lot of missing links). Not surprising then like we put it earlier where man ends that's where the Lord God starts.

They were these so called evolved men that built the early civilization revealed to Jeremiah in the fourth chapter as earlier explained.

WHY THE COLLAPSE OF THE FIRST EARTH

The prophet Jeremiah reveals to us that it was by the fierce anger of the Lord God. The earth was intact but the Lord God ensured the destruction of all the beings that evolved and their material accomplishments on the earth and the Lord took away light and the earth was filled with darkness. Science can explain too that without light the water cycle will fail and all the volume of water will inevitably cover the surface of the earth for it to be void as was written by Moses in the first chapter of Genesis the second verse.

The Lord God was certainly wroth with the influence of the devil in the earth at the time - (he has never changed his modus operandi of negatively opposing the Lord God through His creation).

This explains why the Lord God will decide to first remodel the earth and bring back light and go ahead to create all the living things therein. The word CREATE here is key showing that the process of evolution was imperfect in that the species gotten from evolution were easily affected by the devil in various ways. This is certainly what ignited the wrath of God or the fierce anger of God.

Even after the remodeling and the creation of things of the second earth as it were (visible and invisible), the Lord God still found that man He created was still being negatively affected by the devil, and it repenteth Him that He had created man in the sixth chapter of Genesis. This actually pushed the Lord God to destroy the human race in the whole earth once again - including all animals on the land, with a flood, while leaving behind the family of a man chosen by grace - Noah to be the progenitor of the human race.

7-8 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

CONCLUSION

This earth is a remodeled earth that can be called the second earth unto which living beings were divinely created by the divine power of the Almighty God. There's going to be a third earth when everything on this earth - living and non living will once again be cleared away by fire to produce a new earth to be inhabited by the spiritual church of Jesus the King in the millennial reign.

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Isaiah 65:17
